Kickboxing

As our name suggests we offer more than your typical martial arts school. For adults we offer kickboxing. Kickboxing is one of the best total body workouts that will tone your muscles while burning body fat. In one hour of kickboxing your body can burn over 800 calories. This is nearly twice as many as you can burn running and cycling! Kickboxing is also a great way to help you learn valuable self-defense skills!
